💀 SHOP UPDATE 💀

📆 Thursday March 26th, 5PM CET

I’ve got some new goodies for you my little ghouls 🫶

We’ve got some BIG mugs, plenty of bat cups 🦇, and lots and lots of spikes 👹

❗️This will be the last shop update for a while as I have markets coming up. Set a reminder so you don’t miss out, there’s limited stock as always so I don’t want you to be disappointed 🥲🫶

How long do u think this took in real life? 😄

I’m making a couple of trial garlic graters bc someone asked me if I could make some (thx 🌝). I wanted to try a different design from the most common one you see everywhere else (but we are yet to see whether it will actually work lol)

Either way, I had fun carving these and thought you might enjoy it too 🌝

Is this trend still happening??

I have a few new followers so allow me to reintroduce myself 🙂‍↕️

I’m Josie and I make ceramics for all the alt/emo/goth baddies out there (baddie = gender neutral term 🙂‍↕️)

➡️ How I started my business:
I am (very strongly suspected) ✨neurospicy✨ of the ‘tism kind (about to have my assessment soon, yay!). A couple of years ago I was in a really bad place, desperate to leave the corporate world and do literally anything else so I decided to go freelance.

Couple of failed businesses later (lol), I decided to give selling ceramics a go. I’m still quite new to this so I sometimes mess up but working with my hands seems to be the way to go 🥳

➡️ Why this niche?
I was trying to come up with a style that genuinely felt like me. I’ve never really conformed to the “mainstream” (maybe partly because of my neurospiciness lol) and have thus always felt really close to the alt/emo subcultures - the music we have just slaps, let’s be honest... When I first made a mug with skulls I was beside myself because I thought it looked so awesome 🤣 and here we are now...

➡️ What’s next?
I just moved to my own pottery studio last month so from now on I’ll be able to produce a lot more work (yay!). I always enjoy hearing y’all’s ideas so if there’s something you’d like to see, let me know!

How did you become an alt baddie? I’d love to hear your stories! 🖤

Does this cover slap or what???

Every time I listen to it it gets stuck in my brain for days lol. Very well done & 👏👏👏

Also enjoy a sneak peek into my packing process 💅 I use mostly recyclable materials (because caring about the planet is hot) and your pieces are wrapped in multiple layers to ensure safe transport wherever they’re off to 🙂‍↕️

A big thank you to M again for this order 🥹🖤 ily
