Hola salseros! Nalaďte se na zítra: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_OcLBfbaKg :-) a připomínám, kdo máte zámek na skříňku, vemte si ho s sebou, minule byl nedostatek. Večer půjdeme opět trénovat do klubu La Macumba!! Sraz na Andělu ve 21:00hod. Více info si povíme na hodině! Hasta luego!

Hi! The first class will take place already this Thursday! We still have free places, so if you want to join us, let me know!

APPROPRIATE CLOTHES:
I recommend something comfortable. Sports pants or leggings are better than jeans (but you can wear jeans if you wish). Very important are CLEAN SHOES - there is a special dance surface in the dance hall. Boys - indoor trainers/sneakers, Girls - shoes with a thiner sole are better for dancing (its up to you whether you choose sneakers, ballerinas or high heels - but they must be clean).

Zdravím všechny! První hodina se blíží, již tento čtvrtek začínáme! Zbývá posledních pár volných míst, takže kdo se ještě nestihl přihlásit, pište, volejte :-)

A JAKÉ JE VHODNÉ OBLEČENÍ?
Doporučuji něco pohodlného, spíše sportovnějšího. Sportovní kalhoty či legíny jsou jistě vhodnější než džíny (ale pokud vám jsou džíny pohodlné, tak si je klidně vemte). Co je důležité, jsou ČISTÉ BOTY - ve studiu Stage mají sály se speciálním tanečním povrchem. Kluci - indoor tenisky, holky - bude se vám tancovat lépe v botách s tenkou podrážkou (tenisky, baleríny nebo klidně podpatky, hlavně aby byly čisté).

Ve čtvrtek se budu těšit!

Welcome to the page devoted to Salsa classes for students and young people who would like to learn this amazing Cuban dance! Any previous knowledge is not necessary, we will start with the basics.

The classes will be led by Doris Martinez, a professional dancer, choreographer and experienced teacher, born in Havana, Cuba. Currently, she works mainly in the Czech Republic and Spain, where she not only teaches Salsa and other dances, but also educate poeple about the Cuban culture. The course will take place from 31.10. – 19.12., every Thursday from 6pm – 7pm in the pleasant premises of the dance centre STAGE in Prague, Vinohrady (www.stagepraha.cz).

Our aim is to bring salsa closer to the young people and make it affordable for them, and therefore the price is 800 CZK for 8 lectures (60min each). In addition, you can come to try out the first lecture for free!

I hope we will create a great group and we will enjoy the course as much as possible!
