Irene Antonez ✨is a Prague-based artist who creates surreal, psychedelic-inspired paintings exploring nature, animism, and psychedelic philosophy. Her work features entheogenic plants, fungi, and microscopic organisms and includes murals, animations, and installation art.

With master’s degrees in Fine Art and Future Design, Irene’s art has been exhibited globally, featured at conferences like Psychedelic Science (US) and festivals like Ozora (HU), Psychodeliscious (CZ), All Things Fungi (UK), and is collected worldwide. She has appeared on podcasts like Mycopreneur and starred in the short film Mushroom Magic.

In her performance, she will share her artistic path and the journey of finding her unique visual language, along with the stories, philosophy, and inspiration behind her work. She will also present some of the most interesting projects she has worked on over the last decade.

About her work, she says:
“I write about things that pass through my life. Sometimes they stop, stay for tea and homemade bannana bread, other times they just flash by in the reflection of the windows of a night tram. But they remain in my head like shadows of thoughts, which I then immortalize on paper to make room for more. Sometimes I wrap them in soft metaphors, other times I leave them naked, just as my mind created them.”
