The publication presents the work of Radka Urbanová, an enamel artist, jewelry maker, toy maker, and puppeteer. The text part consists of an interview between two enamel artists; Radka Urbanová answers questions posed by her daughter Magdalena Urbanová.
The first part focuses on theoretical topics in the field. It also addresses the many obstacles that had to be overcome when the author began to devote herself to enamel in the 1980s.
The second part describes in more detail the enamel artist's life, which is full of coincidences, inspiration, challenges, unexpected encounters, and determination to make a living from her beloved field.
More than forty years of artistic creation are also depicted through rich photo documentation.
