Here you have a description of the different Pilates classes I'm teaching at YogAlive, near JzP,
so you can find the class that suits you best.
🇬🇧 My lessons are thought in English, but I understand and can speak a bit of Czech, so do not fret about asking me anything :)

Modern Pilates with Props.
Expect a dynamic, full-body workout that will make you sweat.
We finish with a focused stretching session to lengthen, release, and reset.
