Prague Arts & Culture is pleased to present an international chamber ensemble The Tephra Collective as part of their European Tour 2026.

Featuring Canadian and American musicians Alan Klaus (trumpet), Tim Dueppen (trombone), and Michael McAndrew (piano), The Tephra Collective brings together three acclaimed artists in a shared exploration of the expressive possibilities of trumpet, trombone, and piano.

Their Prague program, Impressions of a New Dawn, is inspired by renewal, transformation, and the meeting of diverse musical traditions. The concert features works by contemporary composers from North America and beyond, drawing on influences ranging from European lyricism and American folk traditions to African rhythmic textures and cinematic soundscapes.
