Soukání Ostrov - International Theatre Festival, CZ Festival Soukani Ostrov is an international theatre festival for children and youth held biennially in Ostrov, Czech Republic.

Every annual has a focus on a specific age range of the participants. Since 2005, in Ostrov, Czech Republic, the Festival Soukání is held biennially. In the previous annuals of the festival participated groups from Armenia, England, Italy, Colombia, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Switzerland, France, Israel, Spain, Lithuania, of course from Czech republic. The main initiator of the festival is the en

semble HOP-HOP that has been a frequent participant of international festivals in many countries and its main organizer is civil association by the drama branch Minidiv and The Basic School of Art Ostrov. Since 2013, the main organizer has been cooperating with Studio of Theatre and Education at Theatre Faculty, Janacek Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno.
