Zprávy z domova našeho kmene mluví jasně: o dary a pohodlí na našem svátku úrody a sklizně je obrovský zájem!

🔥🌙 Poutníku, co by to bylo za sobotní večer na Lughnasadu bez ohně? 🌙🔥

Jsou chvíle, které k Lughnasadu neodmyslitelně patří. A jednou z nich je ohňová show skupiny Fireshow Alterna, která se stala pevnou součástí sobotního programu. ✨

Ani během jubilejního 20. ročníku proto nemůže chybět. Když padne soumrak a Zemi Keltů pohltí tma, rozhoří se plameny a oheň znovu roztančí sobotní noc. 🔥🌀

💚 Protože některé tradice se nemění. Jen rok od roku hoří silněji. 🔥

There are moments that have become an inseparable part of Lughnasad. And one of them is the fire show by Fireshow Alterna, which has become a beloved tradition of the Saturday program. ✨

🌾 Lughnasadem nás letos bude provázet náčelník Brennus a příběh o tom, jak se mu podařilo dobýt Řím. ⚔️ A v přednáškovém stanu přivítáme i Mgr. Jana Hrdinu, který Brennův historický čin představí!

Mgr. Jan Hrdina je historik a spisovatel, který se zaměřuje na dějiny Skotska, antiky a raného středověku. 🏛 Na Lughnasadu jsi již mohl slyšet jeho přednášky o Boudice a Vercingetorixovi, které byly velmi úspěšné.

🗣 Přednášku "Brennus a dobytí Říma" si poslechneš v pátek 31.7.
📚 Kromě spousty historických faktů s sebou pan magistr přiveze i své knihy, včetně úplné novinky Když římský orel vládl světu. 📕

🎻 Poutníku, těš se na show, kde whiskey teče proudem! 🥃🍻
Připrav si střevíce a raději i náhradní játra, protože tohle bude jízda! Na festivalové pódium se letos popáté vrací pražská parta Vintage Wine!
Naposledy to u nás roztočili v roce 2023 (pravidelní návštěvníci si možná vzpomenou i na jejich premiéru v roce 2012) a letos jsou připraveni to rozbalit ještě víc.
Můžeš se těšit na tradiční irské a skotské lidovky i našlapanou vlastní tvorbu a také osobitý hudební projev s pracovním názvem “Celtic Trash-folk”.
Tahle kapela prostě nenechá nikoho jen tak postávat v koutě.
Pokud miluješ skotské sukně, divoké rytmy a atmosféru pravé irské hospody pod širým nebem, tohle vystoupení prostě nesmíš vynechat. Vintage Wine Tě vtáhnou do víru hudby, ze kterého nebudeš chtít odejít!

Get your shoes ready and preferably a spare liver, because this is going to be a ride! The Prague band Vintage Wine is returning to the festival stage for the fifth time this year!
They last rocked it here in 2023 (regular visitors may also remember their premiere in 2012) and this year they are ready to rock it even more.
You can look forward to traditional Irish and Scottish folk songs as well as their own well-trodden creations, as well as a unique musical performance with the working title “Celtic Trash-folk”.
This band simply won’t let anyone just stand in the corner.
If you love Scottish skirts, wild rhythms and the atmosphere of a real Irish pub under the open sky, you simply cannot miss this performance. Vintage Wine will pull you into a whirlwind of music that you won’t want to leave!

Všichni, kdo tvoříme Lughnasad, jsme dobrovolníci. Právě dobrovolníci mu dávají duši, i přátelskou tvář. Chceš zažít festival jinak než jen jako návštěvník a stát se součástí kmene? Zveme tě mezi nás! 🔥

Poutníku, víš kdo před 20 lety přišel s tradicí Lughnasadu? 🌾

Lughnasad vznikl jako projekt studentů, ve snaze představit veřejnosti keltské svátky, a ačkoliv i nyní se na skanzenu slaví i Beltain a Samhain, Lughnasad je tou největší oslavou s nejdelší tradici.

Prvotní nápad se zrodil u party zapálených srdcařů ze spolku Boii, kteří se rozhodli věnovat svůj volný čas oživování keltské historie. To, co začalo jako nadšení pár jednotlivců, vyrostlo v unikátní projekt – zbudování repliky keltského oppida, které dnes všichni známe jako skanzen Země Keltů. 🛡️

Samotný festival ušel kus cesty:

Z malých začátků na zámku v Nasavrkách se, v roce 2017, přesunul do autentických prostor skanzenu.

Dnes ho společně pořádají spolky Lughnasad a Boii.

A i po dvou dekádách na festivalu můžete potkat členy Boii, kteří organizovali úplně první ročník. ✨

Traveler, do you know who came up with the tradition of Lughnasad 20 years ago? 🌾

Lughnasad was created as a student project, in an effort to introduce Celtic holidays to the public, and although Beltain and Samhain are also celebrated at the open-air museum now, Lughnasad is the biggest celebration with the longest tradition.

The initial idea was born from a group of passionate enthusiasts from the Boii association, who decided to dedicate their free time to reviving Celtic history. What started as the enthusiasm of a few individuals grew into a unique project – building a replica of a Celtic oppidum, which we all know today as the Land of the Celts open-air museum. 🛡️

The festival itself has come a long way:

From small beginnings at the castle in Nasavrky, in 2017, it moved to the authentic premises of the open-air museum.

Today, it is jointly organized by the Lughnasad and Boii associations.

And even after two decades at the festival, you can meet the members of Boii who organized the very first year. ✨
