Součástí bude i Lucie🦋🤍, která vede ženy skrze dech, meditace a práci s tělem, které jim pomáhají zpomalit, naslouchat sobě a najít vlastní autenticitu. Společně s partnerem Petrem pořádá Orlický Ecstatic Dance po celé ČR - živá setkání, kde se lidé mohou znovu napojit na sebe a své tělo skrze hudbu, tanec a komunitu.
Na festivalu vás provede Starseed Breathwork - vědomou prací s dechem, která obchází analytickou mysl a jde přímo k tělu. Dech má schopnost uvolnit napětí, potlačené emoce a staré vzorce, ke kterým se slovem jen těžko dostaneme. Lucie vede dechové cesty s důrazem na bezpečí a laskavost - cílem není výkon ani konkrétní prožitek, ale prostor, ve kterém si tělo může dovolit pustit to, co už nepotřebuje nést. 🌬️✨
🇬🇧: Joining us will also be Lucie 🦋🤍, who guides women through breathwork, meditation, and body-based practices that help them slow down, listen to themselves, and reconnect with their own authenticity. Together with her partner Petr, she organizes Orlický Ecstatic Dance events across the Czech Republic — live gatherings where people can reconnect with themselves and their bodies through music, dance, and community.
At the festival, she will guide you through Starseed Breathwork — a conscious breathwork practice that bypasses the analytical mind and goes directly to the body. Breath has the power to release tension, suppressed emotions, and old patterns that are often difficult to access through words alone. Lucie leads breath journeys with an emphasis on safety and compassion — the goal is not performance or achieving a specific experience, but creating a space where the body can allow itself to let go of what it no longer needs to carry. 🌬️✨
