Karl-Heinz Schwind představil svou výstavu Outside of the Art – Vně umění, která proběhla v roce 2024.
Výstava prezentuje jeho expresivní malbu, kresby a objekty vznikající v Berlíně od roku 2010. Schwindova práce evokuje tradici Art Brut – barvy nanáší hekticky z tuby, redukuje paletu na červenou, žlutou, modrou a černou a vytváří nový prostor na bílém plátně. Kresby na A4, rychlé skici a práce s nalezenými předměty doplňují jeho tvorbu a fungují jako deník zachycující inspiraci z politiky, hudby a městského života Berlína. Záznam vernisáže a rozhovor s Karlem-Heinzem Schwindem a kurátorkou Petrou Zachovalovou jsou součástí digitálního archivu iLuxfer. Projekt iLuxfer systematicky dokumentuje program Luxfer Open Space a vytváří dlouhodobý online archiv současného umění.
Karl-Heinz Schwind presented his exhibition Outside of the Art, which took place in 2024. The exhibition showcases his expressive paintings, drawings, and objects created in Berlin since 2010. Schwind’s work evokes the Art Brut tradition – he applies paint directly from the tube, limiting his palette to red, yellow, blue, and black, creating new space on the white canvas. Drawings on A4 sheets, quick sketches, and found objects complement his practice and serve as a diary, capturing inspirations from politics, music, and the urban life of Berlin.
