Wish you beautiful days with
inner heart warmth of your authentic beauty.

‘My body is warm.
I just made a walk through the icy landscape of Tsjechië. I am here a week to meditate, to honour the stillness in my soul in the end of 2025.

Today the sun arose and I feel my heart.
I feel energie in my diafram. I feel different thoughts moving through me.
And all can be.

If I close my eyes now. I feel a song in my being. This happens many times to me.

A song that exist out of many songs.

A song, a word, an exspression of me.

One wish I wish this christmas.
Is that this golden light inside my chest may shine in my body and beyond.
