YouriDolls Corsetry and Costumes romantický budoár - sbírka a výroba nejen historických korzetů a oděvů. Dějinám odívání se teoreticky a postupně i prakticky věnuji asi 20 let. a 19. století.

* Sbírka historických oděvů a prádla – výroba historicky věrných replik historických kostýmů a doplňků *

Vystudovala jsem dějiny umění. Současně sbírám starý textil, galanterii, krejčovské panny a jiné roztomilosti, které více či méně souvisejí s módou. Podílela jsem se na kurátorování a instalaci výstav historické módy a jako dobrovolník jsem působila v depozitáři textilu Moravské galerie. Zkuše

nosti mám také s divadelními kostýmy a scénografií. Snažím se pracovat s přírodními materiály a nebo nejlépe původními materiály, porovnávám autentické střihy a dodržuji dobové konstrukční postupy. Hledám v dobových publikacích a časopisech. Ověřuji na dochovaných oděvech a v současných textech. Každý oděv a doplněk je pro mě velkým krokem na cestě k historické věrnosti a přesvědčivosti. Z historických epoch, v souvislosti s módou, mám obzvláště v oblibě 18. století a počátek 20.

A noblewoman in cotton block print gown before the year 1800. I added a hand-sewn silk taffeta sash with fringe. Under the dress is a lovely petticoat with a shaped open bodice and a little cushion in the back, which I didn't take a picture of 😀
