In the beginning, there was an envelope with a window.
A small, ordinary object that had already completed its journey — carried, opened, almost forgotten. But something about its worn paper, transparent frame and traces of movement felt impossible to throw away.
This journal grew from that moment.
Layer after layer, page after page, fragments began gathering around it: old papers, botanical illustrations, pockets, textures, threads, tiny moving details and spaces meant to hold memories not yet written.
I think I’m always searching for ways to preserve fragile things — not perfectly, but poetically.
To give discarded materials another life where they can still carry wonder.
This piece is not only meant to be read or used.
It is meant to be discovered slowly 🤎
