Some experiences don’t end when the festival ends.
❤️‍🔥 They keep breathing inside us - in the way we touch, listen, love, and meet each other afterward.

At ISTA Festival Cyprus, many of us stepped into spaces where tenderness met truth, where shadows were welcomed, and where connection became a place of remembering who we are - and who we can become together.

STA Cyprus 2025 didn’t give me answers. It stripped me open. It showed me where my tenderness lives, where my limits are, where my truth hides. A festival where darkness, softness and connection rebuilt my bridges, reshaped my couple and made me feel more alive.

As this year comes to a close, our hearts are full. 🔥❤️
The very first ISTA Festival Cyprus happened - and with it, so much beauty unfolded.

We’re grateful for every soul who gathered with us.
For the depth, the laughter, the courage, the tenderness.
For the moments of growth, of self-exploration, of hearts opening wide. ☺️❤️

For the connections that changed us - softly, profoundly, forever.

We’re deeply thankful for an extraordinary team and for participants who brought their truth, their curiosity, their devotion to life.

What we created together was more than a festival - it was a living, breathing field of love.

As we step into the new year, we carry all of this with us.

In just a few days, we gather by the sea for ISTA Festival Cyprus | Nov 12–16 🌊🌹

Meet Roi Shaham - a facilitator of breath, embodiment, and presence.
He’ll be guiding us through spaces where desire becomes awareness and energy becomes flow.
At the Festival, Roi will offer:
🔥 From H***y to Harmony – Transforming sexual energy from frustration into ease and aliveness. Learning to stay present with arousal as pure life force.
💞 Couples Breathwork – A gentle yet powerful practice to bring breath, connection, and playfulness into intimacy.
💨 Integration Breathwork – Closing the Festival in deep release and nervous system regulation, allowing everything to land in the body.

Roi will also hold the Emotional Support Space together with Nimai Sunra & Matia Garzon, creating a grounded sanctuary for anything that arises throughout the journey.
