Just a few months ago, these vines were planted under the Cyprus sun. Today, they have already given us their very first grapes.

They look beautiful, but their journey ends here.

These young clusters will be removed, not because they are unwanted, but because the vine’s future is far more important than its first fruit. Every drop of energy must now go into strengthening the trunk, roots, and shoots, helping the vine build the foundation it will need for decades to come.

Great wine begins long before the first harvest. It begins with patience, discipline, and the willingness to sacrifice today for excellence tomorrow.

One day, these vines will tell their story through a glass of wine. For now, they continue to grow.
