Today, something happened.
I looked up, saw two little birds and literally said, "Hello birdies!" 🕊️🕊️

The very next moment, a locust flew directly in front of me and landed on the Aura's Workshop sign, where it sat looking straight at me. 🦗

For some, it's just a locust.
For me, it felt like a reminder. 💫

Keep moving. Keep growing. Keep trusting. 🌿
The signs always seem to arrive when I need them the most. 🤍✨🙏

Yesterday I saw an elderly man get out of his car outside Aura's with a walking stick. He looked so frail, and as he stepped towards the steps, he lost his balance and almost fell backwards.

Without thinking, I asked, "Θέλατε βοήθεια"

To be honest, without even waiting for a response, I moved towards him 🤍

I held his hand and helped him up the stairs.

What surprised me wasn't what happened. It was how emotional it made me feel afterwards.

In a world where everyone seems to be rushing, sometimes all someone needs is a hand, a moment of kindness.

Being an empath isn't always easy. You feel things deeply. Sometimes, another person's struggles can touch your heart in ways you never expect.

Yesterday was a reminder that kindness costs nothing, but it can mean everything to someone else. ✨

As I walked away, I found myself getting emotional. The first thing that came to mind was, "My kind heart." 🤍
