Our philosophy and our beliefs for a truly excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil allow us to receive olives only from our farm and carefully selected farmers and agriculture unions of nearby villages, famous for their quality and belonging to the same Designation of Origin. We are in close cooperation with the best olive mills to ensure perfect hygienic conditions of production and storage. We support and use traditional techniques, that man has developed over thousands of years ago for better and more efficient cultivation, harvesting, and production of olives and their juice, olive oil. This tradition along with the strict regulations of the international community, helps us to keep the highest standards so the consumer can taste the real and delicious flavor and take all the nutrients of this unique, Mediterranean tree.Our olive trees are of the world famous variety ' Koroneiki' that produces the finest oils with very low acidity.
