*Proficient in at least one of Albanian,Serbian,Macedonian,Bosnian,Croatian languages (2nd language is preferred),
*Trained in pedagogy (preferably),
*Friendly and easy to communicate with children,
*Taking care of appearance,
*Able to adapt to a dynamic environment,
*Able to act with team spirit in a team of different nationalities,
*Open to personal and professional development,
*Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
