Join us on Friday 20/10 at 7pm to take a walk down memory lane and burn some calories dancing away to 80s and 90s hits in our FREE taster Disco Dance Class. Taking the class will be Veronika, a highly experienced dance choreographer that has also choreographed the Olympic ceremonies. This is a Peak Condition Fitness4Fun day that anyone and everyone is invited to and will be repeated on a weekly basis. Please book your place as there are a limited number of slots available.
