We are excited to announce that we are fully booked for our Hiking & Yoga event this Sunday! 🫶🏽
Thank you all for your enthusiastic response and for choosing to be part of this unique experience. ✨

Please take note of the following details for Sunday:
• Please arrive at Paradiso di Eros at 09:30 to sign your consent form and prepare for the hike.
• The hike will begin promptly at 10:00.
• Bottles of water will be available.
• Please bring a small snack with you, as the hike will last approximately two hours.
• We recommend bringing sunscreen and/or a hat.
• Please bring your yoga mat.
• Massage sessions will take place in the order they were booked.

Hiking & Yoga Experience at Paradiso Di Eros

Dear Paradisians 🌿

Spring is here, and it’s the perfect time to step into nature and enjoy an uplifting hiking & yoga experience together! 🫶🏽

When: Sunday, 1st of March
Meeting point: Paradiso Di Eros, Foinikaria
Meeting time: 09:30
Hiking starts: 10:00

The Experience

We begin with a two-hour guided hike (medium intensity) through the beautiful Foinikaria nature trail.
Expect lush scenery, fresh air, and stunning views!

After the hike, we return to Paradiso Di Eros to slow down with 40 minutes of yoga stretching and breath work, guided by the wonderful Demetris Constantinou from People’s Yoga.
A gentle, restorative practice to release tension and reconnect with your body.

Later, you can enjoy a healthy vegan meal, prepared with love by the Italian chef Elio, designed to refuel you without weighing you down.

In our Buddha tent, we also offer a private space for massage sessions with our excellent masseur Mircea!
Massage is available only with pre-booking.
Cost: €30 / 30 minutes.

To close the day, we simply chill, connect, or share with like-minded people in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
