💃 Class Reminder 💃

Just a little reminder that our belly dance classes at Tree of Life Centre start this Wednesday! ✨

Whether you’ve danced with me before or this will be your very first class, you’re very welcome! ❤️
The first class is FREE for everyone.

What to bring:

👖 Leggings or shorts — it’s still warm!
👚 A comfortable top
🦶 We dance barefoot, but socks are absolutely fine too
🧣 A hip scarf if you have one, to accentuate the movements — but don’t worry if you don’t have one, I’ll bring some with me
💧 Water
🧴 A small towel, if you’d like

No need to prepare anything special — just come in something comfortable and ready to dance. 🌸

🌿 WE’RE BACK!

After a little time to rest, reflect and reset, the Tree of Life Centre is opening its doors again.

A new season is beginning, with wellbeing, movement, creativity, learning, connection and community at the heart of it all.

Some familiar favourites, some new ideas, and plenty more to come.

As our summer Saturday Morning Yoga & Chill @ MHouse Larnaca comes to a close, we'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Nectaria Tyropolis of Yoga_Necta for her beautiful energy, exceptional teaching and willingness to embrace an idea and help transform it into something truly special.

Our sincere thanks also go to MHouse for providing such a beautiful setting, and to every person who joined us along this journey. Your openness, trust and presence helped create mornings filled with movement, laughter, connection and genuine wellbeing.

This collaboration between Tree of Life, YogaNecta and M House has been a wonderful reminder of what can happen when people come together with a shared vision.

We're excited to see where this journey leads and look forward to creating many more beautiful wellness experiences together.

🌕 Aqua Yoga under the Buck Moon
Celebrate International Friendship Day with an evening of movement, relaxation and connection.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
● We gather and begin around 7.30, with a gentle yoga session BESIDE the pool to help lengthen the muscles, improve mobility and release tension.
● Then we'll move INTO the warm saltwater swimming pool, where the natural buoyancy supports the body, reduces pressure on the joints and allows you to move with greater ease.
● Nectaria will end it with a guided, relaxing semi-floating meditation, then you can either stay in the pool or take a warm shower and chill in the beautiful MHouse garden bar area.
● Sharing this experience beneath the Buck Moon simply makes the evening even more unique and memorable.

Come with a friend, your partner, your family, or come on your own and meet new people in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
