🌕 Aqua Yoga under the Buck Moon
Celebrate International Friendship Day with an evening of movement, relaxation and connection.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
● We gather and begin around 7.30, with a gentle yoga session BESIDE the pool to help lengthen the muscles, improve mobility and release tension.
● Then we'll move INTO the warm saltwater swimming pool, where the natural buoyancy supports the body, reduces pressure on the joints and allows you to move with greater ease.
● Nectaria will end it with a guided, relaxing semi-floating meditation, then you can either stay in the pool or take a warm shower and chill in the beautiful MHouse garden bar area.
● Sharing this experience beneath the Buck Moon simply makes the evening even more unique and memorable.

Come with a friend, your partner, your family, or come on your own and meet new people in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

💚 What a beautiful morning!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our second Saturday Morning Yoga & Chill @ MHouse Larnaca.

A special thank you to M House for once again providing such a beautiful and welcoming space, and to Nectaria of YogaNecta for sharing her wonderful talent, knowledge and calming energy with us.

And most importantly, thank you to everyone who came and made this collaboration between Tree Of Life Centre and YogaNecta so special. Your smiles, laughter and connection are exactly why we created these Saturday mornings. 🌿
