✨ A MORNING OF CREATIVITY, CONNECTION AND SELF-DISCOVERY...🌱

This month's MONTHLY PSYCHODRAMA GROUP at Tree of Life Centre began with a simple invitation: to pause, reflect, and become curious about what might be waiting beneath the surface.

We started by choosing emotion cards and then created symbolic doorways using colours, images, words, and art materials that felt meaningful to us.

Working in pairs, we explored questions such as:

✨ What stands out most about your doorway?
✨ What does it allow in or keep out?
✨ What might be waiting on the other side?
✨ What feelings live near the door?

Participants shared their creations before returning to the group, where the doorway became part of the psychodrama process itself.

Through guided exploration, role reversal, mirroring and doubling, hidden fears, hopes, guilt, longings, possibilities and insights began to emerge.

One powerful concept shared by Marina was the invitation to replace the word "but" with "and."

"I feel afraid, and I am curious."

"I carry old conditioning, and my life is still unfolding."

"I have doubts, and I can move forward."

This simple shift reminded us that we are not limited by old stories or beliefs inherited from our past.

Perhaps the most beautiful takeaway was the realisation that we are not alone. In a confidential and supportive environment, people discovered that many of us carry similar fears, hopes, questions and dreams.

🌿 Each Psychodrama session is a standalone experience, so newcomers are always welcome to join while returning participants continue their journey of growth and self-discovery.

🌿 PSYCHODRAMA GROUP REMINDER 🌿

This Saturday, 6 June, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, we will be gathering at Tree of Life Centre for our monthly Psychodrama Group with .marina.

Psychodrama is an experiential approach that helps us gain insight into our thoughts, emotions, relationships and life patterns through movement, creativity and guided exploration. Sometimes it is easier to understand a situation when we can step outside of it and view it from a different perspective.

This workshop may be especially helpful for those experiencing:
✨ Stress, anxiety or emotional overwhelm
✨ Relationship or family challenges
✨ Low confidence or self esteem
✨ Life transitions and personal growth
✨ A desire for greater self awareness and understanding

No previous experience is necessary. Just bring yourself and an open mind.

Following the success of our introductory Psychodrama workshop at Tree of Life Centre, and after receiving such positive feedback from those who attended, we are excited to continue offering this powerful work in a monthly group setting. 🌿

Psychodrama is a unique experiential approach that helps people explore emotions, patterns and life situations through movement, creativity, reflection and guided interaction.

Sometimes it is easier to understand a situation when we can step outside of it and observe it from another perspective. This process can create meaningful shifts, deeper awareness and positive ripples that extend into everyday life and relationships.

This is not about acting or performance.
It is about connection, insight, emotional growth and human experience within a safe and supportive environment.

To help us coordinate our evening sessions more smoothly, classes will take place once we have a minimum of 3 confirmed participants by Tuesday at 12pm.

Once the minimum is reached, bookings remain open, so you’re still very welcome to join later in the day as well.
