Myths - Sculptures International Sculpture Symposium Pafos2017 Geroskipou, with a wealth of antiquities, folk traditions and natural beauty, in 2017 acquires a sculpture park inspired by local legends.

With particular reference to the history, the legends and local traditions, ten Cypriot and foreign sculptors will create on-site works drawing on the history of the area and, in this way, leaving behind them the traces of the European Capital of Culture. The project aims to create the necessary conditions for the development and growth of the sculpture park that will claim a prestigious position

on the international map for related events in the future. The creators,who have been selected through an open call, will work for 2 weeks in Geroskipou. The project is curated by Katerina Foukara. Participating artists: Emin Petrosyan (Armenia), Gao Meng (China), Genti Tavanhiu (Italy), Giorgos Moisi (Cyprus), Christos Lanitis (Cyprus), ArsentyLysenkov (Cyprus), Negara Ana Maria Aurelia (Romania), Olaf Klepzig (Germany), Agnessa Petrova (Bulgaria), Viktor Korneev (Sweden).
