La organización se dedica a cultivar un intercambio vibrante entre las ricas tradiciones de la danza cubana y los estilos dinámicos de los bailes de salón estadounidenses e internacionales.
A través de diversos programas, talleres, eventos y colaboraciones, el objetivo es unir continentes, unir comunidades y crear una experiencia de danza armoniosa que trascienda fronteras.
El concurso sirve como vínculo vital entre las raíces del folklore popular cubano y los bailes de salón internacionales. Estructurado como una combinación de competencia, cumbre de danza, clínicas y talleres, el evento no solo facilita la interacción entre bailarines cubanos y extranjeros sino que también fomenta la participación activa en talleres juntos.
Los talleres, dirigidos por profesores cubanos y extranjeros, promueven el intercambio de conocimientos entre diversas culturas y nacionalidades. Bailarines cubanos y extranjeros colaboran en estos talleres, creando una atmósfera dinámica donde se comparten conocimientos culturales y se perfeccionan habilidades colectivamente. El Campeonato Cuba de Baile de Salón atrae a participantes de todo el mundo, con una presencia predominante de Estados Unidos.
