Galerija Reflektor je prva vaninstitucionalna kustosko-umetnička inicijativa u Užicu, koja kroz aktivno učešće umetnika i kustosa, nudi nov koncept delovanja i uspostavljanja saradnje sa lokalnom zajednicom. Jedan od prioriteta galerije je kreiranje čvrste veze između umetničke scene i najrazličitijih društvenih grupa, te stoga inicirajući programe prema kojima bi Galerija Reflektor usavršavala i
osavremenjivala kontekst lokalne scene. Galerija Reflektor je usmerena na rad sa profesionalnim umetnicima svih generacija koji u svom stvaralaštvu ispituju kako tradicionalne teme i tehnike tako i nove tehnologije i medije. Pored samostalnih izložbi, galerija predstavlja i kustoske koncepte u formi samostalnih ili grupnih izložbi koji za temu imaju neke od aktuelnih fenomena i problema našeg društva. Gallery Reflector is the first non-institutional curatorial-artistic initiative in Uzice, which through active participation of artists and curators, offers a new concept of artistic activity and cooperation with the local community. One of the priorities of the gallery is to create a strong link between the art scene and the most diverse social groups, and therefore by initiating programs according to which the Reflector Gallery will modernize and contemporize the context of the local scene. Gallery Reflektor aims to work with professional artists of all generations who in their creative work examine traditional topics and techniques as well as new technologies and media. Beside solo exhibitions, the gallery also presents curatorial concepts in the form of individual or group exhibitions that are interested into some of the current phenomena and problems of our society.
