Every submitted artwork became part of a larger story—one that proves that art truly connects the world.
Our sincere gratitude also goes to our partners, sponsors, friends of the Festival, jury members, and the entire Ilustrofest team, whose trust, support, and dedication have allowed Ilustrofest to grow stronger year after year.
A festival is not defined only by its exhibitions and awards. It is defined by the people who believe that art has the power to connect, inspire, and leave a lasting mark.

Last night, at the Festival’s closing ceremony, prizes of €1,500, €1,000, and €500 were awarded to the winners of the competition on the theme “Art Connects the World, Towards EXPO 2027.”
The competition attracted 120 artists from Serbia and around the world, while 34 artists were selected for the final exhibition.

The Third Prize, accompanied by a €500 cash award, was presented to Serbian illustrator Ivana Gajić.

The Second Prize, accompanied by a €1,000 cash award, was presented to the talented Russian illustrator Anna Pashalidi.

The First Prize, accompanied by a €1,500 cash award, was presented to Serbian illustrator Dragica Nikodinović, Doctor of Arts and educator. .nikodinovic

The Festival’s closing ceremony also featured a special gift concert, courtesy of Banka Poštanska Štedionica, ,with a memorable performance by the outstanding all-female tamburitza ensemble La Banda. .labanda

Our sincere gratitude goes to Boban Savić Geto, .savic.geto, acclaimed painter, outstanding illustrator, and respected educator; Jugoslav Vlahović, one of Serbia’s most renowned illustrators and cartoonists; and Professor Marko Luković, , an internationally acclaimed, award-winning industrial designer and professor.
With decades of experience, countless exhibitions, and extraordinary contributions to the fields of visual arts, illustration, and design, their expertise and discerning eye have been invaluable in selecting this year’s exhibition and award winners.

The 8th International Illustration Festival, , organized by , officially opened last night at .tvrdjava.official, welcoming numerous distinguished guests from Serbia and abroad.
The open-air exhibition, located beneath the Grand Staircase at Belgrade Fortress, will remain on display until the end of the summer and features the works of 241 artists from 47 countries around the world.
Five awards were presented across five festival categories. The laureate in the Book Illustration category is .kim . The Magazine Illustration Award was presented to , while received the award in the Design & Advertising category. The Socially Responsible Projects Award went to , and the Personal Projects Award was presented to and Sergio Oca. .petrovic.art received Festival’s Grand Prix, as the best illustrator from this year’s selection!
