The Senior Designer will work closely with the rest of the creative team to bring brands alive across digital channels. You’ll play a role in developing stellar creative content and brainstorming clever digital campaigns.
Whether it is hand-selecting the perfect colors for a new color palette, creating visually arresting Instagram Stories, or capturing engaging content through the lens of your camera, the Senior Designer will play an important role across all of AGAIN's clients.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for creating engaging social and digital content across specific platforms for a diverse range of industry verticals
Participate in creative concept development from ideation through ex*****on
Collaborate with clients, copywriters, other designers, account team, and production team
Show initiative by volunteering whenever a need arises
Treat internal business needs with the same degree of enthusiasm you apply to client deliverables and new business pitches
Contribute positively to AGAIN’s award-winning company culture (We have fun here!)
The Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years of experience in digital design and agency experience
Experience managing and mentoring designers and interns
Understands digital media best practices with ability to guide internal and external teams through the design process
Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365 with strong skillset in video production, photo production, and motion graphics
Is client facing and can pitch creative concepts
Ability to manage several projects and priorities, work on fast turnaround projects, and prioritize and delegate work to meet deadlines
Conceptualizes and collaborates efficiently
Can drive the creative, working hand-in-hand with copywriters
Doesn’t mind travel
Gets genuinely giddy about branding, design, social media, and emerging technologies
Maintains a healthy sense of humor
