Of course, not every tattoo can be covered up, and in some cases laser removal is truly the best option.

But in many situations, old tattoos don’t need to be completely removed. They can be thoughtfully integrated into a new project, especially when working with large-scale compositions that are built around existing elements rather than fighting against them.

I always try to find solutions that avoid total blackouts while preserving more openness, contrast, and detail in the final piece.
