🌟👶 Calling all moms! Don’t miss the unique opportunity to join our first BARRE&BABY workshop in Dallas! This workshop is designed for moms and babies (older than 6 weeks) and combines pilates, ballet, and yoga elements. No prior dance experience needed. Discover the many benefits of this program: improved posture, movement, and muscle strengthening for moms, along with bonding time with your baby and the chance to connect with other moms to form new friendships.

Babies love being close to mom, and with our relaxing music, they’ll enjoy and relax during the movement and dance activities. To join the workshop, you’ll need an ergonomic baby carrier, comfortable clothing, socks (or ballet shoes or pilates socks), and a yoga mat (we can provide one if you don’t have it).
