Dissabte vam tenir l'honor d'assistir a la inauguració de la 28a edició del Festival Nitratnog Filma, organitzat per la Jugoslovenska Kinoteka, un certamen dedicat a la preservació, la restauració i la difusió del patrimoni cinematogràfic mundial.
Enguany no hi ha cap pel·lícula catalana a la programació, tot i que tradicionalment hi hem estat presents.
A més, vam tenir el plaer de reviure l'arribada del cinema a Belgrad, de retrobar amics i de poder conversar amb Aleksandar Erdeljanović, director de la Jugoslovenska Kinoteka, i amb Valeria Camporesi, directora de la Filmoteca Espanyola.

U subotu smo imali čast da prisustvujemo otvaranju 28. izdanja Festivala Nitratnog Filma, koji organizuje Jugoslovenska kinoteka i koji je posvećen očuvanju, restauraciji i predstavljanju svetske filmske baštine.
Ove godine u programu nema katalonskih filmova, iako smo tradicionalno bili prisutni na festivalu.
Takođe smo imali zadovoljstvo da oživimo sećanje na dolazak filma u Beograd, da se ponovo sretnemo sa prijateljima i da razgovaramo sa Aleksandrom Erdeljanovićem, direktorom Jugoslovenske kinoteke, i Valerijom Kamporesi, direktorkom Španske filmoteke.

On Saturday, we had the honour of attending the opening of the 28th edition of the Nitrate Film Festival, organised by the Yugoslav Film Archive (Jugoslovenska Kinoteka), a festival dedicated to the preservation, restoration and promotion of the world's cinematic heritage.
This year, there are no Catalan films in the programme, although we have traditionally been represented at the festival.
We also had the pleasure of revisiting the arrival of cinema in Belgrade, reconnecting with friends, and speaking with Aleksandar Erdeljanović, Director of the Yugoslav Film Archive, and Valeria Camporesi, Director of the Spanish Film Archive.

Aquesta edició de Cannes no ha anat gens malament per al nostre cinema.

Viva, d' , ha guanyat el Louis Roederer Foundation Rising Star Award, i Rehearsals for a Revolution, de Pegah Ahangarani, ha guanyat el Golden Eye Documentary Prize.

Moltes felicitats a totes dues i als vostres equips.

No oblideu que dimecres pujarà el teló l'Hispanometraje de l' , on tindrem tres produccions catalanes: Los domingos, d’ , La Cena, de , i Mamífera, de Liliana Torres.

This year's Cannes edition has been quite successful for our cinema.

Viva, by Aina Clotet, won the Louis Roederer Foundation Rising Star Award, while Rehearsals for a Revolution, by Pegah Ahangarani, received the Golden Eye Documentary Prize.

Congratulations to both filmmakers and their teams.

Don't forget that on Wednesday the curtain will rise on the Instituto Cervantes' Hispanometraje festival, where we will have the opportunity to enjoy three Catalan productions: Los domingos, by Alauda Ruiz de Azúa, La Cena, by Manuel Gómez Pereira, and Mamífera, by Liliana Torres.

El cinema català torna a Belgrad de la mà de l’Instituto Cervantes de Belgrado i de la seva mostra Hispanometraje.
La mostra s’inaugurarà el 27.5 amb Los domingos, d’Alauda Ruiz de Azúa, i es podrà veure també el 5.6 a Novi Sad.
Hispanometraje també inclou La Cena, de Manuel Gómez Pereira, el 30.5 a Belgrad i el 6.6 a Novi Sad, així com Mamífera, de Liliana Torres, amb 3 nominacions als Premis Gaudí, també el 30.5 a Belgrad i el 6.6 a Novi Sad.
Recorda que les projeccions de Belgrad es faran a la sala del Kulturni centar Beograda i a Novi Sad a la sala del Kulturni centar Novog Sada.

Katalonski film se vraća u Belgrade zahvaljujući Instituto Cervantes de Belgrado i njegovom festivalu Hispanometraje.

Hispanometraje takođe uključuje La Cena, reditelja Manuel Gómez Pereira, 30.5 u Belgradu i 6.6 u Novom Sadu, kao i Mamífera, rediteljke Liliana Torres, sa 3 nominacije za Premis Gaudí, takođe 30.5 u Belgradu i 6.6 u Novom Sadu.
Podsećamo da će projekcije u Beogradu biti održane u sali Kulturni centar Beograda, a u Novom Sadu u sali Kulturni centar Novog Sada.

Catalan cinema returns to Belgrade thanks to the Instituto Cervantes de Belgrado and its Hispanometraje programme.
The programme will open on 27.5 with Los domingos, by Alauda Ruiz de Azúa, and it will also be screened on 5.6 in Novi Sad.
Hispanometraje also includes La Cena, by Manuel Gómez Pereira, on 30.5 in Belgrade and on 6.6 in Novi Sad, as well as Mamífera, by Liliana Torres, which received 3 nominations at the Premis Gaudí, also on 30.5 in Belgrade and on 6.6 in Novi Sad.

Una vegada més, el cinema català continua caminant amb passes molt fermes, aquest cop sense deixar el nostre Mediterrani, en direcció a Cannes i entrant-hi per la porta gran: ni més ni menys que amb 7 produccions o coproduccions catalanes.

Entre els títols seleccionats hi ha el debut d’Aina Clotet amb 'Viva', a la Semaine de la Critique, juntament amb diverses coproduccions internacionals amb participació catalana com 'La más dulce', de Laïla Marrakchi, 'The End of it', de Maria Martínez Bayona, i 'Rehearsals for a Revolution', de Pegah Ahangarani.

'Tú, yo y la vaca', d’Aina Callejón, és un curtmetratge produït per l’ESCAC.

'El ser querido', de Rodrigo Sorogoyen, optarà a la Palma d’Or, mentre que 'Océano Titánico', de Konstantina Kotzamani, participarà a Un Certain Regard; també s’hi projectaran 'Ceniza en la boca', de Diego Luna, i 'Les roches rouges', de Bruno Dumont.

Carla Simón presidirà el jurat de curtmetratges i de La Cinef.

Još jednom, katalonska kinematografija nastavlja da korača veoma sigurnim koracima, ovoga p**a bez napuštanja našeg Mediterana, u pravcu Kana i to na velika vrata, sa čak 7 katalonskih produkcija ili koprodukcija.

Među odabranim naslovima nalazi se debitantski film Aine Clotet 'Viva', prikazan u programu Semaine de la Critique, zajedno sa nekoliko međunarodnih koprodukcija sa katalonskim učešćem kao što su 'La más dulce' Laïle Marrakchi, 'The End of it' Marije Martínez Bayona i 'Rehearsals for a Revolution' Pegah Ahangarani.

'Tú, yo y la vaca' Aine Callejón je kratkometražni film produciran od strane ESCAC-a.

'El ser querido' Rodriga Sorogoyena takmičiće se za Zlatnu palmu, dok će 'Océano Titánico' Konstantine Kotzamani biti prikazan u programu Un Certain Regard; biće prikazani i 'Ceniza en la boca' Diega Lune i 'Les roches rouges' Bruna Dumonta.

Carla Simón predsedavaće žirijem za kratkometražni film i La Cinef.

Once again, Catalan cinema continues to move forward with remarkable strength, this time without leaving our Mediterranean shores, heading to Cannes and entering through the front door, with no fewer than 7 Catalan productions or co productions.

Among the selected titles is Aina Clotet’s debut feature 'Viva', presented at the Semaine de la Critique, alongside several international co productions with Catalan participation such as 'La más dulce' by Laïla Marrakchi, 'The End of it' by Maria Martínez Bayona, and 'Rehearsals for a Revolution' by Pegah Ahangarani.

I acabarem amb la gran guanyadora de la nit: Sirât, d’Oliver Laxe. Una gran pel·lícula de sensacions i per a les sensacions… endur-se 8 Gaudís! Una nit rodona: Millor pel·lícula en llengua no catalana, Millor fotografia per a Mauro Herce, Millor direcció artística per a Laia Ateca, Millor so per a Amanda Villavieja, Laia Casanovas i Yasmina Praderas, Millors efectes visuals per a Pep Claret, Lluís Rivera i Benjamin Ageorges, Millor música original per a Kangding Ray, Millor direcció de producció per a Oriol Maymó i Millor maquillatge i perruqueria per a Zaira Eva Adén. Felicitats a tot l’equip.
Només ens queda desitjar-vos tot el millor als Goya, amb onze nominacions, i als Oscars, amb la possibilitat de guanyar dues estatuetes.

Esperem poder portar la pel·lícula a Belgrad i desitgem que sigui als Dies de Cinema Català.

And we continue with our Premis Gaudí, celebrating the award winners.

Two films won two Gaudí awards each. The first, La furia, received the Best New Director award for Gemma Blasco and Best Leading Actress for Àngela Cervantes. The second, Tardes de Soledad, which we already had the pleasure of watching in Belgrad, by Albert Serra and Artur Tort, won Best Documentary and Best Editing.

Sorda, directed by Eva Libertad, winner of the Best Director award, also received Best Adapted Screenplay, as well as Álvaro Cervantes winning Best Supporting Actor. We remind you that this Friday, February 28 at 18:00, you will be able to watch it at the Jugoslovenska Kinoteka.

We wish you all the best at the Goya Awards, which are just around the corner.
Gemma and Àngela, we hope you both win again, it would be an extraordinary year. The same goes to Albert and the entire team, nominated for Best Director and Best Documentary, the final strike! And what can we wish for the team of Sorda? Seven nominations! We hope the Gran Teatre del Liceu will resonate with applause.

I nastavljamo sa našim Premis Gaudí, sa nagrađenima i nagrađenim filmovima.

Imamo dva filma koji su osvojili po dva Gaudíja. Prvi, La furia, nagrada za najbolju debitantsku režiju za Gemma Blasco i nagrada za najbolju glavnu glumicu za Àngela Cervantes. Drugi, Tardes de Soledad, koji smo već imali zadovoljstvo da gledamo u Belgrad, autora Albert Serra i Artur Tort, osvojio je nagrade za najbolji dokumentarni film i najbolju montažu.

Sorda, rediteljke Eva Libertad, dobitnik nagrade za najbolju režiju, takođe je osvojio nagradu za najbolji adaptirani scenario, kao i Álvaro Cervantes nagradu za najbolju sporednu mušku ulogu. Podsećamo vas da ćete ovog petka, 28. februara u 18 časova, moći da ga pogledate u Jugoslovenska Kinoteka.

Želimo vam mnogo sreće na nagradama Goya, koje su već pred vratima.

Gemma i Àngela, nadamo se da ćete ponoviti uspeh, to bi bila zaista izuzetna godina. Isto želimo Albertu i celom timu, nominovanima za najbolju režiju i najbolji dokumentarni film, poslednji udarac! I seguim amb els nostres Premis Gaudí, amb les premiades i premiats.

Tenim dues pel·lícules que van guanyar dos Gaudís. La primera, La furia, premi a la Millor Direcció Novell per Gemma Blasco i a Àngela Cervantes com a Millor Actriu Protagonista. I la segona, Tardes de Soledad, que ja vam tenir el plaer de veure a Belgrad, d’Albert Serra i Artur Tort, premi al Millor Documental i al Millor Muntatge.

Sorda, d’Eva Libertad, guanyadora del Gaudí a la Millor Direcció, també va guanyar el Gaudí al Millor Guió Adaptat, així com Álvaro Cervantes el Gaudí al Millor Actor Secundari. Recordeu que aquest divendres 28 de febrer a les 18 h podreu veure-la a la Jugoslovenska Kinoteka.

Us desitgem molta sort als Goya, que ja els tenim a tocar.

Gemma i Àngela, esperem que repetiu, seria un any realment extraordinari. El mateix per a l’Albert i tot l’equip, nominats a Millor Direcció i Millor Documental, estocada final! I què dir de l’equip de Sorda? Set nominacions! Esperem que el Gran Teatre del Liceu ensordeixi de tants aplaudiments.

A few days ago, the Premis Gaudí 2026
ceremony took place, the true celebration of our cinema… which will naturally continue in Barcelona with the Goya Awards and in Los Angeles with the Oscars.

A spectacular night. I must say that from Belgrad every February we await this night with excitement, glued to the TVCat website and GAUDÍr. A time for predictions, for surprises, and above all, to let yourself be carried away.

In the coming days, we will review the award winning films, but first we begin with the Honorary Gaudí awarded to Sílvia Munt, for her outstanding career, not only as an actress but also as a director. Or perhaps we should simply say, for her extraordinary contribution to cinema in all its forms.

Among the winners, we also find: De sucre, by Clàudia Cedó, Best Short Film; Olivia y el terreno invisible, by Irene Iborra Rizo, Best Animated Film; Mi amiga Eva, by Cesc Gay, Best Original Screenplay, written by Cesc Gay and Eduard Solà; Romería, by Carla Simón, which brought the Best New Actress award to Llúcia Garcia; and Mario Casas, Best Leading Actor for Molt lluny, by Gerard Oms.

Best of luck to Carla Simón and the entire team, and let’s hope Llúcia wins again. Best of luck as well to the whole team behind Olivia y el terreno invisible, we hope you return with the Goya under your arm. The same wish goes to Clàudia Cedó and her fantastic De sucre. And best wishes to the entire Mi amiga Eva team, especially Nora Navas.
