It can be easy not to respond or take responsibility but in this modern age I’ve decided there is nothing I like more like than personal, individual or collective responsibility. There is so much to respond to, and even more to take responsibility for.

ADVENTURE , that which happens by chance….a dip into the unknown and before you know it you’re having the time of your life.

Not sure where you’re going and no need to.

I love adventures and am always up for them. I go on them alone, together and always with my spirits and angels.

Adventures make me grow, they make me fall in love with life again and again.

Grateful and accompanied by my guardians and angels always - shout out to all of them and all the rest accompanying, protecting and empowering us all in our adventures!

Patience.

To endure. To tolerate.
To not need it straight away.

Arguably a very important quality.
As everything takes times.

Patience flourishes when we trust in the unknown. When our faith reassures us that all is well, exactly as it’s meant to be.

So uncomfortable, so worth it.
Patience.

To have faith.
To believe and trust in the unknown. The undefinable. That which we can not see.

An old word that holds so much.
Everyday and all year round faith can be your friend.

When we leave the logical and begin to feel, hope, maybe even pray, that’s when faith enters.

A beautiful word whos concept still blows my mind- for it is only in releasing from my mind that I can truly begin to feel/comprehend it’s essence

Vacation.
To be free, vacant, empty, un occupied. What a joy.

To be empty you have to have been full. Like the toilet 🚽.
Is it vacant or occupied?

I love this etymology- its reminds me of the importance of doing nothing.
It is the fuel and fire to being better.

There is little that a cheeky rest & reset cannot fix.

Whether long or short, needed or not, vacate yourself for a while and see what happens.

TA**RA: A system. Doctrine or theory. A life - style, approach and mindset….

Every human carries source and vitality inside and can all access that at any time. Ta**ra invites you to do that always- to live and dance in the duality of life. We are all fuelled in source, it’s just a matter how much and often we access it.

A life lived in full activation of source, is possible, and comes with great responsibility.
The point of it all- to enjoy this amazing gift of life whilst doing the least amount of harm to others
