Thomas Ackermann originally from Pasadena, California set foot in Costa Rica for the first time in 2007 with his camera and backpack. The love story then began; coming back every year to finally move full time on the Ballena Coast in June 2011. Thomas started his career as a professional photographer in 1992, specializing in architectural and travel photography. His talents also range across fashi

on, food and commercial photography. Thomas is currently using his talents to immortalize the beauty of this PURA VIDA life style and shares it to the world through his Art Portfolio.
