Despite being created in 2008 by a group of students majoring in Philology and Languages at Universidad Nacional de Colombia,
where it was mainly focused on the teaching and learning of the English language; its founders continue working independently and news related to our work will be published as new work in developed. In the meantime, our mission continues into researching, developing and promoting the intersectional work of theater and language learning. The group used to offer workshops to both develop artistic abilities in theater and strengthen the language skills of participants. ‘The E theater’ es un laboratorio y compañía teatral que promueve el aprendizaje y la práctica de las lenguas a través del ejercicio del teatro. El proyecto, establecido en Bogotá, fue creado en el año 2008 por estudiantes del programa Filología e Idiomas de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, y dedicado primariamente a la práctica del Inglés. Desde entonces, el grupo ofrece talleres que permiten a los participantes desarrollar habilidades artísticas y, a la vez, fortalecer sus competencias en lengua inglesa.

'The E Theater' est un laboratoire et une compagnie théâtrale qui favorise l'apprentissage et la pratique des langues à travers l'exercice du théâtre. Le projet, établi à Bogotá, a été créé en 2008 par des étudiants du programme Philologie et langues de l'Université nationale de Colombie, et est principalement dédié à la pratique de l'anglais. Depuis, le groupe propose des ateliers qui permettent aux participants de développer des compétences artistiques et, en même temps, de renforcer leurs compétences linguistiques en anglais.
