Muchas veces escuchamos decir:
“Ellos ganan bien, tienen un buen sueldo”.
Pocos saben lo que hay detrás de cada patrulla, de cada jornada bajo el sol o la lluvia, del peso que no solo se carga en la espalda —más de 40 kilos— sino también en el corazón.
No se trata de comparar, ni de juzgar a otros, sino de reconocer el esfuerzo silencioso, la disciplina y la vocación de servicio que exige esta vida.
Por eso admiro a mi Ejército.
Por eso te admiro con todo mi corazón, héroe de mi país.
Porque tu entrega habla más fuerte que cualquier crítica.

“They earn well, they have a good salary.”
Few know what lies behind each patrol, each day under the sun or rain, the weight carried not only on their backs—more than 40 kilos—but also in their hearts.
This isn't about comparing or judging others, but about recognizing the silent effort, the discipline, and the vocation of service that this life demands.
That's why I admire my Army.
That's why I admire you with all my heart, hero of my country.
Because your dedication speaks louder than any criticism.
