I read an article this week about the future of stadium dining.

What stayed with me wasn't just the conversation about food, it was the bigger conversation about experience. It made me think about talent. Naturally.

We've always believed that music, speakers, and entertainment aren't just another program element. They're part of the guest experience. They're often what surprises people into feeling something they didn't expect to feel.

A memorable meal tells guests, "We're glad you're here."

The right artist says exactly the same thing, just in a different language.

Organizations are beginning to think less in departments and more in experiences.

That shift is everything.

Guests don't experience an event one element at a time. They experience one story. And they don't remember it in pieces. They remember how it made them feel. 🤘🏼

One of the best parts of working with world-class artists is discovering what makes each of them extraordinary.

With Andy Grammer, it was this: some people's joy isn't a performance. It's simply who they are.

We almost never have soundcheck photos. That time belongs to the artist and their team — and rightfully so. It's where the final adjustments happen, the details are refined, and everything comes together before the audience ever experiences it.

It was a reminder that what looks effortless from the crowd is the result of a lot of people doing their jobs exceptionally well long before anyone is watching. 🤘🏼
