Mapletree Business City Shanghai was recently awarded the BCA Green Mark Award (Platinum (Provisional). The BCA Green Mark Scheme is a benchmarking scheme launched by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) to achieve a sustainable built environment by incorporating best practices in environmental design and construction, and the adoption of green building technologies.
