Setting up a fish record-The fourth day.
On the fourth day, the lights I bought finally arrived. Because I want to breed SPS coral, this time I chose two 100-watt lights.The effect looks very good.Then I installed a full spectrum LED on sump to grow algae in the bottom tank.
So far, everything is going on normally, and equipment such as calcium reactor will be added later. If you are interested in my SKIMMER or fish tank, please follow me or PM.

📌Starting a new reef tank? Here’s how I set up my custom 90cm with a full AE products loadout!
Just kicked off a new build at home — custom 90cm reef tank with a maxed-out setup. I’m using our AE (AQUAEXCEL) for most of the key equipment, and so far, it's been super smooth 👌
🛠️ Day 1 – Setup Log
Planned everything ahead — size, sump layout, gear spacing. Once the tank arrived, I brought in a local pro to install it. The sump came pre-assembled, so I only needed to hook up the plumbing.
Pro tip: I added cushioning under the main tank to reduce vibration noise — makes a big difference if the tank is in your living space.
💧Filled it with tap water, then ran the system (return pump + skimmer + chiller) for 4–5 days. This flushes out any leftover glue, oils, or residues from the pipes and gear.
🚫 Don’t add salt right away — wait until the flushing is done, drain the tank, refill with fresh water, and then mix in your reef salt.
✅ That’s a wrap for Day 1.

⚠️ Tips for New Reefers:
-Don’t rush to add fish — let the tank run through a 20-day algae phase. This is key to building a strong bacterial base.
-The first flush matters. It prevents microbubble problems later.
