Yzditec We’re a close-knit crew of engineers turning bold stage ideas into reliable reality. Our hoists and motion systems are BGV-C1 / EN17206 compliant.

Since 2014 we’ve partnered with rental houses, stage producers and venue teams—working late in the workshop, testing on site, celebrating when events land perfectly. ►Who we are
We’re a close-knit crew of engineers, designers and problem-solvers who get a kick from turning bold stage ideas into reliable reality. Since 2014 we’ve partnered with rental houses, stage contractors, producers and venue

teams—working late in the workshop, testing on site, celebrating when a cue lands perfectly.

►What we do
We provide standardized, safety-tested modules—servo chain hoists, high-speed winches, modular tracks & trolleys, turntables, lifting platforms, and integrated automation for moving lights, LED screens, and scenic elements—and combine them into tailored systems. We workshop concepts with clients, prototype, simulate in 3D and run pre-runs to validate solutions for both fixed venues and touring/rental operations.

►Tech & capability
Our stack uses EtherCAT networking, absolute-encoder servos and motion logic built on SIL3-oriented safety architecture, paired with the BW control console for real-time 3D simulation, pre-run previews, safety zoning, live monitoring, alerts and ±1 mm positioning. In short: creative intent backed by engineering discipline.

►Why clients trust us
With 1,000+ global projects, 31 patents and in-house R&D plus field commissioning teams, we deliver turnkey systems that lower onsite risk, speed delivery, and stay easy for operators to learn and run. You’ll find us at Prolight+Sound, ISE 2026 and other international AV & lighting exhibitions—sharing what we build and learning what’s next.

►Our promise
We don’t just ship kit—we join the creative team and make sure every cue, lift and rotation lands with confidence.

That gap between "looks effortless" and "actually engineered" is where our work happens.
That's the gap our team works in.

For the 2026 Chongqing International Animation Film Week — live on CCTV6, opening ceremony through closing — we ran the full stage mechanical and control package: 53 BGV C1-certified servo chain hoists, a 6 m ring LED screen, a 9 m ring truss, a 22 m straight LED wall, and dual curved screens — all coordinated from one BW Console.

Every move you see was built twice. First in 3D pre-visualization, approved offline. Then live on broadcast — reproduced 1:1, motor for motor.

Running underneath: dual-PC hot standby for seamless failover, EtherCAT comms, absolute encoders, millimetre positioning, zero re-homing after a power cut.

None of this is meant to be seen. That's rather the point — a clean broadcast, on schedule, with the mechanics doing their job quietly underneath the performance.

The show's still running. We're posting anyway.
CCTV6 × 2026 Chongqing International Animation Film Week — live broadcast automation, our team on the desk.
One BW Console running Pando, coordinating the full rig:
🔹 60 chain hoists: three large suspended LED screens — lift, traverse, open/close
🔹 Suspended ring truss: dynamic multi-point tilt and vertical travel
🔹 Circular aerial LED screen: 90° rotation and lift
Rehearsal calibration + live opening ceremony. Full project video once the show wraps.
More to follow. ➡️

"Whatever you build on the PC — that's what runs on stage." That's the baseline. The rest is engineering.
A few project moments from YZDITEC—custom servo stage automation for a 600 m² entertainment venue.
• Cues built offline, previewed in 1:1 3D simulation. On-site commissioning was verification, not guesswork.
• Mechanics designed around the brief. Control written around what the client already had — no wholesale replacement, just integration.
• Dual PC hot standby—Primary drops mid-show — backup takes over, no gap.
• Power off overnight — every axis back exactly where it stopped.
• EtherCAT, servo drives, millimetre precision.

On touring productions, workarounds have a cost. This doesn't have any.

Most servo upgrades come with a quote to replace everything. This one doesn't.

The BW Servo Drive & Motor Kit retrofits directly onto existing stage machinery — chain hoists, motorised track trolleys, lift stages. Frame, gearbox, and rigging hardware stay in place. Only the motor and drive are swapped.

What changes when you install it:
▸No re-homing after power-down. The absolute encoder retains position through power cycles — the rig picks up exactly where it stopped. Incremental encoders can't do this.
▸ Sub-millimetre positioning accuracy via EtherCAT closed-loop control across all axes.
▸ Quiet, stable motion. Vibration suppression and inertia auto-tuning compensate for load variation automatically.
▸ BGV C1 pathway. Absolute encoder feedback is a technical prerequisite for BGV C1-compliant servo systems. This is your first step toward compliance.
▸ 1.3 kW to 7.5 kW — one platform across servo hoists, track trolleys, kinetic LED screen systems, and lift stages.

Native EtherCAT integration into the Black Warrior Control System. No adapters. No additional configuration.

Not every project starts with a clean slate.
Singer Hu Yanbin tour stop. The ground lifts were already spec'd — different brand, different system.
Two YZDITEC Black Warrior consoles handled it:
►one in the air running 20 BGV C1 servo hoists across 5 dynamic lighting rigs,
►the other integrated into third-party ground lifts — 7 lift points, one control logic, one crew.
Pre-viz locked the geometry before anyone touched a truss. By showtime, the operator wasn't thinking about whose hardware it was.
That's what the system is built for.

We recently finished this installation at a busy intersection in Jakarta—10-panel outdoor LED rotation— each screen independently controlled on a vertical axis, sequenced into a continuous piano-key wave across the facade.

8 mm panel gaps. 160 kg load per axis. ±1° precision.
The maths had to be right. At that gap, there's no hiding a bad calibration.

Hey friends in the industry 👋

PALM Expo 2026 is almost here — India's biggest stage of pro audio, lighting and AV tech — and we'll be right in the middle of it.

YZDITEC at Lighting Hall 4, Booth C68 | 28–30 May | Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai

Come find us at the booth. We'll talk stage automation, watch things move in 3D simulation, and maybe figure out what a servo hoist can do that you haven't tried yet. No slides. No jargon. Just the actual gear.

Who's heading to Mumbai? Drop a comment — let's make a plan.

Honest admission: the most stressful part of any automated LED wall deployment isn't the show — it's the 2am rehearsal where you find out something doesn't track right.
---
At Douyin Creator Conference, we didn't have that problem.
Servo-driven Motorized Track Trolleys, programmed and verified in the Black Warrior Console's 3D pre-visualization environment before anything hit the rig. By load-in, the team already knew exactly where each panel was going and when. Absolute-encoder servo motors mean the positions repeat.
---
Show after show, venue after venue — modular enough to redeploy without rebuilding from scratch.
Sometimes the best technology is the kind that makes the 2am rehearsal boring.

Visual first, engineering later.
BABE HOUSE stage automation in motion: curved LED screens traveling 42m, dual-axis lighting rigs, rotating platforms — all synchronized.
The technical breakdown (spoiler: involves 15cm clearances and some creative algorithm work) is in post-production. Coming soon.
For now, enjoy the choreography.
