Please tell us a bit about GTC.
•••Cassie: GTC is a 100% Liberian owned business facilitation and management services firm. Assisting domestic and multinational companies wanting to trade in Liberia but without the knowledge of how to, or what is available in each industry in the country.
****BQL: This is really great. How long has this been in existence or when did you begin?
•••Cassie: GTC has been in existence since March 2018. For two years, we have provided topnotch professional services to businesses in Liberia, Singapore, USA, China, Ghana and other parts of the world.
****BQL: OMG! So it’s save to say, this is an International Service Company! Wow, this is amazing! Congratulations!
Please can you tell us a bit more?
•••Cassie: Sure, why not? GTC exists to mitigate corporate risks and ensure that our clients are financially viable by creating strategic plans that align with their goals. We do this through a wide range services which include: Investment Facilitation, Corporate Compliance and Tax filing and Debt Recovery.
****BQL: This is mind blowing! We are so proud of you, Queen!
How do you feel about what you do?
•••Cassie: We feel enthusiastic, exuberant and very enlivened. The business concept is good, thereby increasing interest rate where ever the concept is available.
****BQL: Ok, just having you on and listening to you is giving us ideas now(laughing )...dah money insah o...
With all the nicest things you have said, one would ask, are there challenges?
•••Cassie: There will always be challenges. Access to funding, government bureaucracies and the pandemic (COVID) and etc. These are the very reasons we exist. To take the hassle and allow business owners and investors to focus on their ideas and activities that increase competitiveness.
****BQL: Mehn your got this all mapped out for business owners! HahahHa(take my hassle I’m your GTC, hahaha). This is great!
What do you hope to achieve?
•••Cassie: (Laughing) yes we are here to make business easy.
-What do I hope to achieve....In the next 5 years, I would like GTC to be a recognized result-oriented company in All of Africa
-What have we achieved??
We are still getting there. No need to sound braggadocios when there's a lot more to be done.
****BQL: Ok, pls help me break that word down smor na(brag-ga-do-cios) hahaha. Humility is key and we see a lot in you, It’s going to take you far off on this journey.
What do you know now that has shaped your thoughts, that you wished you had known a bit earlier?
•••Cassie: What I know now, that I wished I knew earlier....
~ save and invest.. Invest and reinvestment. The bottom line is change of mind and attitude toward investment.
****BQL: Now you got me feeling like I’m talking to the likes of Kim or Robert Kiyosaki, Napoleon Hill etc: “Invest and reinvest.” Those are key.
How would you define or explain the phrase “Strength of a Woman?”
•••Cassie: “Strength of a woman"....The world will be incomplete, without the participation of women; the most powerful being that exist and will ever exist on the surface of the earth. When God made Adam, he knew there was something missing until Eve was created. That's how powerful we are. ...
****BQL: Oh My Freaking God!!! This definition is EVORYTHING!! Hahaha you got this!
What are your thoughts on Women Empowerment?
•••Cassie: Thank you! Women empowerment is a right and not a privilege. Women must be given equal opportunity to assets, resources, full participation and access to economic, social and political systems irrespective of age, race, social status or religion.
****BQL: I think if we had 20 of you with this mindset, there would be a lot of empowered and enlighten women around. 🙌🏾🙌🏾✊🏾
Black Girl Magic, how would you define that?
•••Cassie: I would say, there are a few enlightened women out there but what we need is to stand up and speak up, more.
Black girl magic would be defined as, resilience, powerful and intrinsic motivation that serves as an inspiration to the human race.

•••Cassie: Sure, there is.
One of my favorite quotes is a biblical one that comes from Proverbs 3:5 and it states, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path". 🙏🏾
