Within the framework of the operational implementation of the public policy on the promotion of bilingualism and multiculturalism, the National Civil Status Registration Office (BUNEC) organized, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at its headquarters, a day dedicated to awareness-raising and the celebration of social cohesion. The various segments of this event were presided over by the Deputy Director General of the institution, Mr. Abdoulaye Adjiali Boukar.
This managerial initiative aims to consolidate the fundamentals of living together and national integration within the organization, while simultaneously projecting its teams toward technological modernity. The agenda for the day was structured around several major pillars: the promotion of national intangible heritage through traditional choreographic performances, craft exhibitions, and regional culinary tastings; presentations focused on the virtues of cultural pluralism; as well as a technological immersion session featuring a presentation on the operational stakes and ethical challenges of artificial intelligence in the professional environment. This celebration of corporate identity concluded with the election of the institution's cultural ambassador, MISS BUNEC 2026.
