Today on MBUM GIFTED HANDS, we proudly shine the spotlight on Konfor Fidelis, a passionate Mukulah from the quiet hills of Mbipgo, who transformed a journey filled with doubt, sacrifice, and courage into a legacy of building hope. FK Construction, a company that doesn't just build structures it creates homes with heart.
Fidelis didnโt start out in construction. Like many children growing up in Donga Mantung, he believed that success came only through general education. Technical schools were seen as second-best. So he followed the science path and earned his Advanced Level, hoping to become a medical doctor.

He says
He tried nursing too, did his internship, but something inside him remained unsatisfied. He wanted to help people, yes but in a different way. Then one day, he heard about engineering. It was a new word to him, a new world. He did some research and made a bold decision: start over.
It wasnโt easy. The terms were new. The environment was tough. But Fidelis was tougher. He began from Level One, determined to make it. And he did. Today, with over 10 years of experience, he holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering Design and has helped shape countless buildings and even more lives.
