Thanks everyone for joining the networking event Art x Roundtable – The Business of Creative Collaborations took place at Löwenbräukunst Zurich!

The event is a collaboration between  and .zurich, bringing together speakers from the worlds of art, institutions, and brands. At its core are new perspectives, interdisciplinary exchange, and forward-thinking creative collaborations.

The afternoon opened up a thoughtful exchange on how the relationships between art, brands, institutions, and cities are evolving.

Our first panel, Art × Experiences, brought together perspectives from La Prairie Switzerland (Marie Sénetaire), Villa Nomad ( ), .pinklemonade (Francesco Vullo), and Fotografiska ( ). The conversation highlighted how creative collaborations have shifted in recent years: rather than traditional sponsorships, today’s partnerships are increasingly about creating meaningful, immersive experiences that resonate culturally with audiences.

Our second panel explored a question that is increasingly shaping the cultural landscape: Spaces of Desire?
Together with , (Bettina Meier-Bickel) and .zurich (Cecilia Etterlin, Johanna Roth, Anna Hew), and moderated by , the conversation examined how independent spaces are redefining how art, design and hospitalty is presented, experienced, and supported — often operating with a flexibility and experimentation that traditional structures sometimes cannot provide.

We also reflected on the third panel on the broader ecosystem of institutions and cultural actors, with perspectives connected to Kunsthaus Zürich (Elke Wiebalck), Basel Tourism (Josepha Bosshart) and Fondation Beyeler (Ulrike Erbslöh), asking an essential question: who supports whom in today’s creative economy?

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the dialogue, and to our partners and supporters — à vie Baked Goods and Basel Tourism

Special thanks to our moderators for guiding the conversations with such insight and clarity:
, , and (Christoph Noe)
