Dear folks,

greetings from the Sit Hütte, my official winter DJ residency in sunny Arosa.

Every winter season, we celebrate life and have a good time together here. During the 25/26 season, I played the track "Good Time" in each of my sets, and it matched the vibe perfectly every single time. Soulful, dreamy, sunny, and positive.

After a long wait, this Afro House & Dance Pop track is finally dropping this Friday on Soir Records and it’s a must-listen for all fans of Keinemusik, Hugel, Diplo or Blond:ish.

By the way, the next winter season kicks off in just under two months, so get ready for plenty of cool parties featuring top international & national DJs. The full lineup will be announced soon.

Best,

Dear folks,

greetings from the Club Bellevue in Zurich, where we’ll be celebrating a very special event in exactly one month.

Cem, the young man beside me, is a true legend of Zurich’s nightlife scene; he has been active as a DJ, producer, and event promoter since 1993. On October 24, 2026, we’ll be celebrating both his birthday and the 13th anniversary of his successful "Audiobox" event series.

That gives you two excellent reasons to mark the date in your calendars and join us at the party. Things kick off at 4:00 PM and alongside Cem and myself, the lineup features music from the hot Zurich DJ duo "Sameblood," "NVDW" (aka Brandee & Martellobros), and live drums by Sollemar.

Dear folks,

besides making music for the dancefloor, I also really enjoy creating tracks specifically for more laid-back moments or Spotify playlists. Music you can listen to at the beach, by the pool, or at home. It’s even cooler when I manage to create a track that serves both purposes. "Effed Up" is one of those tracks: it’s great for dancing but also fits perfectly into more relaxed moments.

Musically, it is a mix of Afro House and Dance Pop, ideal for fans who enjoy music by artists like Diplo or Blond:ish.

The song is available now on all major streaming and download platforms.

Dear DJ friends & fans,

Chicago is home to some of the most legendary DJ's and producers, and Paul Johnson is undoubtedly one of the most renowned figures to emerge from the birthplace of house music. It is no coincidence that his name was the first to be mentioned in the Daft Punk song "Teachers," as he was a major source of inspiration for Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo.

Of the approximately 100 releases he put out during his music career, "Get Get Down" is by far his most successful record. The international House Music hit reached the top five in the UK Singles Charts, as well as reaching #1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Charts in December 1999.

To breathe new life into the track, which is nearly 30 years old, I added numerous percussive Latin Tech House elements and re-played the main piano melody. The unmistakable vocals are original and still set the tone.

I hope you like the result and you can now listen and download the remix for free. All credits go to Paul Johnson & Hamilton Bohannon for this amazing composition.
