Dynamic ticks, pathways and sequences: Ein Vertikalseil Workshop für Fortgeschrittene
und Profis, die ihr Bewegungsvokabular, ihre Präzision und ihren kreativen Ausdruck am Seil erweitern möchten. Wir konzentrieren uns auf Beats, dynamische Tricks, flüssige Bewegungssequenzen und entwickeln herausfordernde Abläufe. Dabei arbeiten wir an Suspension, Timing, Koordination und erkunden Drops sowie Release- und Catch-Momente und fließende Bewegungsphrasen.
Der Fokus liegt auf sauberer Technik, sicheren Progressionen, räumlichem Bewusstsein und der Entwicklung eines eigenen stilistischen Flows.

An advanced vertical rope workshop for experienced practitioners and professionals who want to expand their movement vocabulary, precision, and creative expression on the rope. We will focus on beats, dynamic tricks, fluid movement sequences, and the development of challenging combinations. Along the way, we will work on suspension, timing, coordination, and explore drops, release-and-catch moments, and flowing movement phrases.
The focus is on clean technique, safe progressions, spatial awareness, and the development of an individual stylistic flow.
