Im Rahmen unserer aktuellen Ausstellung „Was die Welt Zusammenhält“ bei Tichyocean laden wir Sie herzlich zu einem Lesungsabend ein. Benedikt Bock, Maya Hottarek und Rolf Winnewisser lesen eigene sowie fremde Texte.

Die Ausstellung ist ein Plädoyer für mehr Leim. «Was die Welt zusammenhält» handelt vom Klebstoff, den wir brauchen, damit uns nicht alles zerfällt. Sie handelt vom Kleber, den wir benötigen, damit wir die Dinge in unserem Leben zusammenhalten können und unsere Identität nicht zerbröselt. Und sie meint den Kitt, dank dem wir uns überhaupt um das Gegenüber kümmern und nicht nur in unseren eigenen Erinnerungen und Träumen leben.

Open call für Teilnehmer*innen!

Der Psychiater, Psychotherapeut und Künstler Roman Buxbaum sucht 20 Teilnehmer*innen für zwei Proben der Performance "Dem Unbekannten Künstler - der unbekannten Künstlerin". Die Proben finden am 20. und 21. Januar, 18:00 - 19:30 statt. Danach Austausch bei Aperitif, Suppe und Kunstwurst.

Im Rahmen energie publikumsinteraktiven Kunstperformance verwendet Roman Buxbaum Elemente der KIP nach Hanscarl Leuner (Katathym imaginativen Psychotherapie), Eminem Schüler Sigmund Freunds, bei Dem Buxbaum die Methode nich lernen durfte.

Roman Buxbaum begleitet Sie in eine Bildmeditation. Sie liegen in einer sicheren Umgebung auf einer Matte am Boden und lassen sich in einer tiefen Entspannung auf ihre inneren Bilder ein. In einem Tagtraum "sehen" und fühlen Sie Neues und Altes. Nach dem Tagtraum sind Sie eingeladen, zu zeichen, was Ihnen wichtig ist und es auch in der Gruppe zu besprechen.

« Mitchell Anderson’s artworks use coded systems of meaning: each playing card stands for a letter, allowing him to conceal texts within the sequence. One work includes cards printed with viral photographs of Luigi Mangione, who became an anarchist icon—and unexpected s*x symbol—after assassinating UnitedHealthcare’s CEO in 2024. Anderson’s arrangements of portraits evoke both football sticker albums and yearbooks, freezing specific events and figures in time while exposing the mechanisms of hero-making and myth. »

“The exhibition title, „The Gold Collection“, references an aesthetic phenomenon of our time. In the Trump era, spray-painted and faux-gold ornamentation (known as Car Dealership Rococo) is experiencing a renaissance. Appearance is all that matters, and fake news is the new reality. What is real, and what kinds of visual realities are we dealing with? These questions, which have gained new urgency today, have long occupied Stefan Burger—and play a central role in his new photographic still lifes featured in the exhibition.
