On friday, 15th of July, we are presenting a Timeless Night at the place it all started.  live performances will take you on a musical joyride and we'll be showcasing the screenings of the legendary Nina Simone, Marvin Gaye and Etta James!

Where: Memphis Club

One night, B.B. attended a dance in Arkansas. The venue burned down and he hardly manage to escape after running back inside to save his guitar.

The fire broke out because of a fight erupted between two men about a women named "Lucille". He named his guitar "Lucille" as a reminder to never do things as foolish as running into a burning building for a guitar ever again.

Muddy Waters was an American blues singer-songwriter. He also was an important figure in the post-war blues scene and is called „The Father Of Modern Chicago Blues".⁠⁠

Waters was not only an incredible blues and guitar player, he was also an idol and inspiration to the irish blues and rock musician Rory Gallagher, hence the quote above.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
In 1971, Gallagher finally got his opportunity to play with Muddy Waters recording the London Muddy Waters Session album which won a 1972 Grammy Award. ⁠⁠
