What a season. ✨
Our 10th anniversary year has come to an end, and we look back with immense gratitude.
Over the past months, our four-part concert cycle Metamorphosis has been at the heart of our anniversary season. Through four very different programmes, we explored questions of transformation, transience and identity – and the many ways in which music can reflect the experience of change.
The final chapter, Earth Seen from Above, brought us to Winterthur, the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg and, for the first time, the Sendesaal Bremen. Featuring music by Meredith Monk, world premieres by Dieter Jordi and David Philip Hefti, and English Consort Hymns, it became a fitting conclusion to this long and deeply personal project.
Alongside our own productions, we were privileged to collaborate with wonderful orchestras and promoters and to share our music with audiences in so many places.
A heartfelt thank you to our singers, soloists, instrumentalists, composers, supporters, partners and, above all, to everyone who joined us in our concerts throughout this special season.
We are already working on the recordings of Earth Seen from Above, which will be released by Berlin Classics early next year.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Have a great summer everyone ☀️
