Metamorphosis III – March 8, 17:00, Liebestrasse Winterthur

Our Metamorphosis series enters its third chapter.
This program revolves around the season of Passion and the fragility of life.

At its center stands Franz Liszt’s Via Crucis – a work for choir and piano setting the 14 Stations of the Cross. It is one of Liszt’s most ambitious and visionary late compositions, already looking ahead toward the musical language of the 20th century.

With subtle scenic elements, this concert becomes an hour of contemplation — an invitation to pause, listen, and reflect.
