Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. It is not our darkness, it is our light, that most frightens us. We are all ment to shine as children do.
It is the fear that we are powerful beyond measure that is frightening us.
You give up your power when you become paralyzed by this fear. Avoidance sends the implicit message : "You do not have the capacity to overcome it". But, actually you do ! Let your thoughts rest for a moment. You are not your mind ! You are feet, you are belly, you are hands, you are b***s ...
You ARE ! That has to be enough ! You are , isn't that incredible . You can feel !
When you get to the end of what you can think, you will get to the beginning of what you can and what you should sense ! And this will make sense, when you connect to it, by inviting some silence in your life.
