SUMMER STRINGS FESTIVAL 2026
An intense and emotion-filled evening at John Knox Village in Pompano Beach.
๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ผฬ captivated the audience with her moving solo in The Swan and, together with violinist Adele Napoli, brought Morriconeโs Suite to life, taking the audience on an evocative journey through some of the most beautiful music from world cinema.
Peter Warlockโs Capriol Suite was also warmly appreciated, highlighting a ๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ข๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ that proved to be solid, cohesive, and beautifully unified.
Deep, expressive, and highly lyrical was the performance of Polish violist Barbara Kammer , while French violinist Charlotte Orcel captivated the entire audience with a brilliant and virtuosic performance of Saint-Saรซnsโ Introduction et Rondo Capriccioso.
A great success also for "Tempo di Concerto" , composed and performed on piano by ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฟ๐ผ Lorenzo Turchi-Floris, who demonstrated extraordinary versatility, conducting and playing the piano with equal mastery.
An evening of outstanding music and artistry, culminating in a ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น-๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป from the audience.
