𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗱 🎶✨

After several weeks filled with masterclasses, concerts and musical encounters, the 2026 Tibor Varga Academy has come to an end!

A huge thank you to all the students who brought this edition to life through their hard work, enthusiasm and commitment 🎻🎹

We would also like to thank all the professors for their teaching and for the enriching exchanges with the next generation of musicians, as well as all the accompanying pianists who contributed to the masterclasses and concerts throughout the Academy 🎶

This edition would not have been the same without the wonderful venues that hosted our concerts: the Arcades de la Grenette, the Musée de la Nature, the Fondation Louis Moret, the St-Léonard Underground Lake and the Fondation de Wolff. Thank you for your warm welcome and your trust! ✨

Finally, a big thank you to our partners, sponsors and everyone who contributed, near or far, to this wonderful 2026 edition, as well as to everyone who came to listen to and support the young musicians.

An edition filled with music, discoveries and encounters comes to an end… but the adventure continues! 🎶

This week, our students had the pleasure of working alongside Svetlana Makarova (violin), Pavel Vernikov (violin), Tomo Keller (violin), Hartmut Rohde (viola), Momo Kodama (piano) and Philippe Cassard (piano). 🎶

A heartfelt thank you to each of them for sharing their experience, artistic vision, and passion with the next generation of musicians. 🎶

A beautiful moment that brought together and celebrated all the hard work accomplished throughout the Academy! 👏🎶

This morning, the vocal students of Marcin Habela’s class gave the audience at the Pôle Musique de Sion – Aula FXB in Sion a wonderful musical performance! ✨

After several days of hard work, they took to the stage to share their passion, energy and the fruits of their work with the audience. 👏

A heartfelt thank you to their teacher Marcin Habela and to Jamal Moqadem for their guidance and invaluable advice.

And above all, congratulations to all the students for their wonderful work and musicianship! 🎶

Last night, violinist Svetlana Makarova and violist Hartmut Rohde brought the professors' concert series to a beautiful close. In a unique and mystical atmosphere, their artistic connection offered the audience a moment filled with delicacy! 🌊🎵

A look back at the final concert by the students of the Tibor Varga Academy at the former Saint-Sylve Church in Vex! 🎶

On this occasion, Asier Polo and his students paid tribute to Pablo Casals, a major figure in the history of the cello, in a beautiful musical moment shared with the audience in the exceptional setting of this magnificent church ✨

A huge thank you to the Municipality of Vex for its warm welcome and for making these two student concerts possible 🙏

Many thanks as well to the students and their teacher Asier Polo for this beautiful tribute and this wonderful musical moment! 🎻

A look back in video at the concert given by Professor Asier Polo and his students in the beautiful Eglise de Saint-Sylve Vex, in tribute to the 150th anniversary of Pablo Casals’ birth. 🎶

One of the highlights of the concert was Álvaro Lozano Cames’ performance of El Cant dels Ocells, the famous traditional Catalan song associated with Pablo Casals, accompanied by the cello ensemble. 🎶🕊️
