🦄 Imagine how different the world would be if we started teaching and from a very early age?! Wouldn’t you have been super happy to learn all these amazing self-regulation and self-discovery tools since a very young age? I would! 🙋‍♀️

👉 But how ‘early’ would you start yoga with the kiddos? This is a question I get to hear very often. And as simple as the question might sound, I wouldn’t set a specific age. Why is that? Well, basically because every child is completely unique, and develops at its very own pace - and has their own unique needs. And we really want to cherish that! Truth is,however, the sooner we’d start the better.

🎁 Exposing kids to the various forms and benefits of yoga through a playful approach is the best gift you can give them for the rest of their lives.

✨ I wish for children an education that truly empowers them to find that inner compass 🧭 and voice to speak up and nurture the connection to their inner worlds and surroundings .- human beings and nature.

✨ I wish for children an education in which they are encouraged to be and , to embrace their (the pleasant and unpleasant ones) as , and to regard their bodies as the precious house/temple where they will spend the rest of their lives. From there the importance of getting to know it well, keeping it clean, and taking good care of it.
